Following the undeniable success of Nike’s Flyknit Racer, an adaptation was released in the form of the Dualtone Racer. With a silhouette based on its predecessor, the Dualtone Racer subs out Flyknit for a mesh construction with suede overlays, resulting in a less sporty, more lifestyle look. Two fresh colourways have been released – dubbed ‘Dusty Pink’ and ‘Gorge Green’ – both with deeper-hued suede accents and a bolder gradient wash on the medial panels. Other differences from the Flyknit iteration include a slimmed down midsole – forgoing the black insert for a clean white finish – and an extra spark in the dark from 3M heel tab detailing.
The Nike Dualtone Racer in ‘Dusty Pink’ and ‘Gorge Green’ are set for a July 7 release, you’ll be able to snare a pair from Nike and select retailers.
